Introduction

Welcome to the questionnaire portion of the Baricitinib inhibition in Degos study.

You are participating in a treatment research study at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that will help determine if Baricitinib delays progression of brain radiological findings for patients with Köhlmeier-Degos disease.

You will be asked to complete questionnaire(s) throughout your study participation. The goal of these questionnaires is to find out how this treatment affects your quality of life.
