What is this study about?

The goal of this study is to help doctors, nurses and other clinicians find the best way to ask someone about their safety.

What kind of commitment is involved?

Your child will fill out four study questionnaires during a 1-hour meeting with our study staff. You will complete one study questionnaire now and will be asked to complete an additional study questionnaire one month from now.
